DELIVERY AND PICKUP SERVICES:
We provide the services of pickup or delivery of your records in the sealed boxes up to your offices. You just need to send us the Retrieval Request by fax signed with the authority code and the box will be picked up or delivered to the authorized person at your offices within the next 24 hour.
FLEXIBILITY:
Whenever you have older documentation to be packed for off-site storage, simply give us a call to arrange a date which is convenient for you. We will schedule a packing job and confirm the dates with you. If you cannot estimate the amount of time to schedule, one of our friendly executives will visit you to perform an accurate assessment. After completion of the packing job the boxes will be collected for processing & storage. Within two weeks we will provide you with an updated index of all your records in storage. This can be provided electronically or on paper, depending on your performance.
– The Box: A security seal will be placed on each standard records storage box at your office in the
presence of the authorized person. This seal will be stamped with your official stamp to proof that
it was sealed in the presence of the authorized person. All our handling will be with sealed and
tamped boxes only. The boxes hold only numbers on it without any company name or any
clarification about its content
– Dahbar International and its employee sign a confidentiality agreement with the client.
– Only our authorized employees are allowed into our records management premises.
After placing the records into the standard storage box, sealing it with the security seal and stamping it with the official stamp of the client the boxes will be filled into plastic bags to protect it from dust. Each box is assigned a location address at our specially designed high-density racks. The Standard records storage box dimension is Length 57 x Width 37 x High 27 cm.
